Mâche Truffles are what happens when a dessert and a snack meet halfway. Each Chocolate Cranberry truffle starts with rolled oats, almond butter and raw honey. We fold in dark chocolate, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and chia, finish it with a whisper of vanilla, almond, and a pinch of kosher salt, then roll it in raw chopped almonds and pepitas.

The result is rich and chewy, with the bright tang of cranberry, a satisfying crunch and a finish that tastes like you treated yourself, because you did. Each truffle has 5 g of protein and 4 g of fiber, so it’s as good with afternoon coffee as it is after dinner.
